993 Turbo S
Air cooling, fully equipped
The 993 Turbo S closed Porsche's air-cooled Turbo line with 450 PS, all-wheel drive and a six-speed manual. Unlike the stripped 964 Turbo S, it carried full leather and carbon trim. Porsche's production counts disagree.

Overview
The last air-cooled Turbo, built by Exclusive.
Porsche Exclusive produced the 993 Turbo S across 1997 and 1998. The car combined the Turbo's all-wheel-drive chassis with the WLS II engine package, additional brake cooling and model-specific spoilers.
Porsche's current Turbo S history gives 336 cars. An earlier Porsche Exclusive article gives 345, while North American auction sources alternately cite 182 or 183 regional cars. These are factory-source discrepancies, not figures to average.
