600LT
Longtail for the Sports Series
The 600LT gave McLaren's Sports Series the steering, brakes and weight discipline of its dearer cars. Its top-exit exhausts sit behind the occupants' shoulders; the 570S beneath it is still visible, but the response is not the same.

Overview
The LT badge moved down a series.
McLaren introduced the 600LT in June 2018 as the fourth car to carry its Longtail designation. It was based on the 570S but used 23 per cent new parts, an extended front splitter and diffuser, a fixed rear wing and carbon-fibre body panels.
The Coupé entered production in October 2018. McLaren did not announce a fixed build count; it allocated slots for roughly twelve months around the Senna, Senna GTR and Speedtail programmes. The Spider followed with the same 600 PS and 2.9-second factory sprint figure.
