Veneno

Thirteen cars, two bodies

The Veneno is an Aventador-derived 50th-anniversary series: four coupés including the factory museum car, and nine roadsters. Body style, originality and chain of custody outweigh mileage where public turnover is scarce.

The only clear public sale more than doubled the factory's approximate pre-tax price. The next public offering failed at a materially lower estimate, showing how thin this market is.

Price range · road · openConfidence · estimateThe estimate rests on one documented CHF 8'280'000 roadster sale in 2019, one unsuccessful €4'500'000 to €5'500'000 roadster offering in 2020 and Lamborghini's approximately €3'000'000 pre-tax launch price. Thirteen cars and opaque private trades do not support a statistical band.

Overview

The fiftieth-anniversary car was sold before Geneva opened

Lamborghini unveiled the Veneno coupé at Geneva in 2013. Its 6.5-litre V12, carbon monocoque and ISR gearbox came from the Aventador architecture, while the body was developed around cooling, downforce and high-speed stability.

The three customer coupés carried red, white or green accents. Lamborghini retained a fourth grey coupé, then built nine roadsters for 2014. The company states that every car was allocated before its unveiling at approximately €3'000'000 before tax.
