## The price and the proof

Indicative road-car band $650K–$950K. Modeled values are not observed sales. Nothing here is investment advice.

Confidence: estimate. No completed sale from a preferred public auction archive was documented. The estimate brackets the catalogue's existing $750'000 reference and the scarcity of a sold-out 62-car allocation; bespoke liveries, track use and support history may move individual cars outside it.

USD editorial estimate for a complete car with factory track equipment and documented support history.

## Project24 became a customer race car

Maserati first showed the car in August 2023 after developing it under the Project24 name. Removing road-homologation constraints allowed a single-seat cockpit, composite body, closed underfloor, large diffuser and adjustable rear wing.

The powertrain kept the Nettuno V6's 2'992 cc capacity and pre-chamber combustion but gained new turbochargers, a race exhaust and a six-speed sequential transaxle. Maserati published 730 hp, 730 Nm and an approximate 1'300 kg dry weight.

Andrea Bertolini drove the development car at Varano de' Melegari in early 2024. The first customer delivery was planned for late summer 2024; all 62 cars had already been allocated.

| Highlight | Detail |
| --- | --- |
| No number plates | The MCXtrema is a non-road-homologated single-seater. Its sequential gearbox, slick tyres, air jacks and 120-litre safety tank belong to a circuit support programme, not a road-car option list. |
| The Nettuno was rebuilt for track work | New turbochargers, race exhaust calibration and revised combustion mapping lift the 3.0-litre V6 to 730 hp. The engine drives through a six-speed sequential gearbox rather than the MC20's road-car dual-clutch unit. |
| Sixty-two separate specifications | Every allocation entered the MCXlusiva programme. Blue Xtrema was the signature colour; Tech Beast, Corse, Speed Beast and BEASTspoke liveries gave owners distinct routes through the same mechanical package. |
