# Valhalla

Hybrid, mid-engined, all-wheel drive

Valhalla is Aston Martin's first series-production mid-engined car, first plug-in hybrid and first to drive through its front axle alone. As a live production programme, specification and delivery status matter more than auction history.

2025 onward · 999 planned · Gaydon

## The price and the proof

Indicative road-car band $1M–$1.4M · 1 documented road sales · 1 recorded sales on file. Modeled values are not observed sales. Nothing here is investment advice.

Confidence: estimate. No repeatable public auction ledger was found. The estimate rests on the published £850'000 UK list price, reported typical personalisation spend and the fact that customer deliveries remain recent.

Indicative USD range before local taxes. Allocation, delivered-car and tax-paid prices are not interchangeable.

### Documented sales

1 recorded. Every public sale on this file, newest first. Amounts keep the recorded currency. Source links appear only when the catalog stores a public auction-lot URL.

| Date | Chassis / label | Class | House | Venue | Amount | Currency | Basis | Source |

The band is an editorial estimate, not a transaction-derived valuation.

## A concept name survived; almost everything underneath changed.

Aston Martin first showed Valhalla as the AM-RB 003 concept in 2019. The production programme moved from a proposed in-house V6 to a bespoke flat-plane-crank V8 and a three-motor plug-in system.

The final specification was developed with Aston Martin Performance Technologies. Its carbon tub, pushrod front suspension and active aerodynamics bring methods from the Valkyrie and Formula 1 programme into a larger series run.

Final validation continued through 2025, with production limited to 999. Until deliveries establish a repeat-sales record, list price and documented factory specification are the only defensible market anchors.

| Highlight | Detail |
| --- | --- |
| The front axle is electric | Two motors drive the front wheels independently. They provide torque vectoring, all-wheel-drive traction and low-speed electric running without a propshaft from the V8. The third motor sits in the rear dual-clutch transmission. It starts the V8, fills torque during shifts and removes the need for a conventional reverse gear. |
| Downforce without a fixed wing | A movable front wing and an active rear element balance up to 600 kg of downforce at 240 km/h. Both retract for road clearance and lower drag. Race mode changes ride height and exposes the rear wing. The system also functions as an air brake under heavy deceleration. |

## What moves the price

Spans are indicative, drawn from documented public sales. Calibrated multipliers for a specific chassis remain member instruments.

| Value driver | Indicative range | Meaning | Documentary evidence |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Delivery status | +5% to +20% | A completed, tax-paid car is not directly comparable with an unbuilt allocation or a price quoted before options. | Factory invoice, build completion record and registration status. |
| Q specification | +0% to +15% | Paint, exposed carbon and factory options can move the invoice materially, but personal cost does not always return in resale. | Original order sheet and final factory invoice. |

### Valhalla register
